Every custom job starts with a design conversation. Reference shots, sample sprays on test panels, light condition checks, and a written job sheet that captures every choice. Then the car goes into the same temperature controlled spray booth used for OEM grade work, with three coat process, baked clear, and a final cut and polish. Our Precise Process

  • Design first, then paint. Custom painting goes wrong when the colour gets picked from a screen. We sample spray your shortlisted shades on test panels, view them under daylight, sunlight, halogen, and LED, and then pick the final colour with you. The shade that looks great on your phone screen is often the one that looks plastic on a real bonnet.
  • Premium paint systems only. Matte and chameleon finishes need real chemistry behind them. Cheap matte clear coats lose their flatness in six months and start glossing in patches. We use PPG, Standox, Glasurit and similar industry leading paint systems that hold their finish through Indian summers and monsoons. The cost is higher upfront and far cheaper over five years.
  • Three coat process even on custom finishes. Primer, base colour, and a finish specific clear coat. Matte gets a matte clear. Satin gets a satin clear. Candy gets a tinted clear. Chameleon gets a high transparency clear that lets the flip pigment do its work. The chemistry of each coat is matched to the next, never mixed across systems.   • Computerised colour matching for two tone and accent work. Two tone paint, custom accent stripes, and contrast roofs need every panel and pinstripe to match perfectly. We use a spectrophotometer to lock the colour code, then mix to match across panels regardless of when each section gets painted. Even a touch up six months later mixes to the same code.
  • Final detailing tuned to the finish. Matte cars cannot be polished the way gloss cars are. Chameleon cars need careful buffing so the pigment direction is not disturbed. Our detailers know the post paint protocol for each finish type, so the car leaves the studio with the exact look the paint was designed for.   • Sealed booth tuned for custom finish chemistry. Matte and satin finishes are sensitive to dust, humidity, and temperature drift. Our paint booth runs filtered downdraft airflow and stays inside the manufacturer specified temperature window for the full duration of every coat. The result is a flat finish with no orange peel, no inclusions, and no patches.
  • Sample panels before any car gets touched. For custom shades we spray a sample panel and place it on the car before deciding. You can see how the colour reads against your existing trims, glass, alloys, and PPF before the bonnet gets sanded. Adjustments happen on the panel, not on the car.
  • Trim, badge, and emblem removal for clean colour breaks. Stock badges and trims are removed where the design calls for it, painted around or replaced with custom finishes, and refitted with original mounts. No masking lines on emblems. No paint drift onto rubber seals. The car looks like it left the factory in this colour.   • Final cure and clear coat polish. The final clear coat is baked at controlled temperature, allowed to cure, and then cut and polished where the finish demands it. Matte and satin jobs skip the polish stage. Gloss and candy jobs get a multi step polish to mirror the surrounding factory paint. Custom finishes leave with a written care plan.
